Choose Base
This will be the base coffee type (of either Robusta or Arabica). Each base have a unique flavor, aroma, and taste and is grown at various elevations.
Step 1: Choose your favorite coffee as your base!
Step 2: Choose the roast profile you would like
Step 3: Choose the size or net weight
Step 4: Create your own blend by choosing up to 3 different beans from various parts of Indonesia!
Note: Arabica is typically smoother and less bitter than Robusta; however, Robusta contain almost double the caffeine percentage ~(2.7% vs. 1.5%)Arabica Sulawesi Toraja
A sweet, velvety caramel with remnants of citrus and passion fruit. This single-origin is grown in the island of Sulawesi between 3,600-5,900 feet (1,100-1,800 meters) above sea level and its almost overwhelming creamy dark fruit-infused chocolate flavor pair extremely well with garlic, herb chicken, or curry!

Robusta Flores
From the depths of Bajawa, Flores (Indonesia), this unique single origin portrays a smooth and clean aftertaste, with hints of nuts, caramel, and chocolate. Organically grown at a 4,200 feet elevation (1,300 meters), you can be sure that these beans will taste exceptional!

Robusta Dampit
This earthy and well balanced single origin contain a unique aroma of nuts and have a chocolate and caramel aftertaste. From the famous island of Java, these beans were organically grown in Dampit, Java at 2,800 feet (900 meters) and taste amazing when roasted as either an espresso, pour-over, or drip.

Robusta Lanang Lampung
These beans have a sweet and earthy taste profile with a distinct hint of caramel and chocolate! These coffee beans are probably one of the hardest to attain in Indonesia as its exceptionally sweet and rich chocolate aftertaste comes from the fact that it's brewed in Papua, Indonesia at a whopping 16,000 feet (4,900 meter) elevation! Satisfaction is guaranteed with these beans!

Toraja Kalosi
I don't even know where to begin when it comes to describing these toasted malt flavored beans. What's unique about these beans aren't only the bold malty aftertaste, but also its perfect balance with blackberry (fruit), cacao (chocolate), and cloves (spicy). Arabica Temanggung
A smooth and sweet aftertaste with hints of fruit and a... (drumroll please...) tobacco aroma. (wait, what?) Due to Java's rich history of tobacco farmers turning into coffee farming instead, some coffee beans have a tobacco aroma from what's left in the soil. Not to be confused with cigarette tobacco, this boasts a sweet, earthy fruit-toned aftertaste organically grown at 4,600 feet (1,400 meters).

Arabica Flores Manggarai
A clean and well-balanced roast with hints of cinnamon and lemon. These beans are organically grown at 3,300 feet (1,000 meters) and thrive due to the highly porous, dark-colored soils of Flores created due to a nearby volcano. While many beans taste better as a blend, Robusta Flores Manggarai taste perfectly well as a single origin and is enjoyed best as an espresso, a drip, or a pour over.
